A ColorMarq remote support session may be started by the following steps below.

• Open the link  attended.remotepc.com
​  Windows  • Select Windows-Download Host to download the host file: RemotePCAttended.exe
       Mac       • Select Mac-Download Host to download the host file: RemotePCAttended.dmg
• Open the downloaded host file and follow the instructions to install and run the host client.
• A 9-digit session code will be generated.
• Share the code with your ColorMarq support representative to allow access to your computer.
